Joyful Adventure Travel in Derawan Island
From
the island of Maratua, the tour continues to Sangalaki Island. The journey
using a speedboat takes about 50 minutes. Sangalaki Island itself is an island
that has status as a turtle conservation area in Derawan islands. The trip to
the island of Sangalaki a bit choked up when the sea water is receding, so the
speedboat have to wait for the sea water to speedboat to get right to the
island Sangalaki. While waiting for the tide, we can enjoy the white sand
scenery submerged by sea water. If you do not want to wait, you can walk to
Sangalaki Island from where the speedboat ran aground, about 10 minutes on
foot.
