Lampung,
a province in Indonesia located not so far from the capital city of Indonesia,
Jakarta, saves a hidden paradise travel destination from the promotion of
paradise travel agency. The blue sea, the white sand, and the silence of the
small islands became the excellence of tourism in Lampung.
Lampung
Province is currently trying to build road infrastructure to facilitate
tourists visiting tourist attractions there. As the entrance from the island of
Java to the island of Sumatra, Lampung province is very strategic because it is
always passed by travelers, both for business and tourism purposes.
Transportation
to Lampung
If
you are in Jakarta, you can go to Merak Port which will take you by Ferry
through Sunda Strait to Bakauheni Harbor, Lampung. If the weather is sunny and
friendly, this ferry crossing takes about one and a half hours.
After
arriving at Bakauheni Port, you can continue by road trip to Ketapang Harbor,
located in Pesawaran district. At Ketapang port, you can then board a motor
boat with a capacity of 20 people to get to Pahawang Island. It takes about
forty five minutes sea trip to get to Pahawang island.
In
the middle of the journey from the Port of Ketapang to Pahawang Island, it
would not hurt you to visit the island of Mahitam. The island is about ten
minutes from Ketapang Port. When the water is receding, you can actually walk
from Ketapang port to Mahitam Island by walking on white sand extending from
Ketapang to Mahitam Island forming a white road.

Once
satisfied enjoy the beauty Paradise travel of Mahitam island, the next
destination is Pahawang Island. Pahawang Island recently became famous as a
tourist destination for tourists. This tourist crowded by the people of
Pahawang village. Many villagers rent their homes for homestays for tourists
who want to stay here.
In
the morning, the journey continues towards Wayang island. It is said, this
island is said to have the beauty as in Raja Ampat, Papua. The journey to get
there takes about forty-five minutes by boat. After arriving at Wayang island,
you will be presented a row of towering karst islands such as Raja Ampat.
After
that, the journey continues by enjoying the underwater world of Pahawang
Island. Snorkeling at Nemo Park, Pahawang Island is a mandatory activity that
we can do here. Many other travelers will also do snorkeling here, so you
should be more vigilant. Under the water many fish swim around the boat and
wait for food thrown by the tourists. Coral reefs that thrive in these waters
help to become the habitat of these fish. Therefore, the people around the
island always maintain the existence and sustainability of coral reefs here.
Some of the terumbukarang here was deliberately made by the surrounding
community as a home for clown fish (Nemo). Therefore, the place of snorkeling
in this place is called as Nemo Garden, the name for clown fish (Nemo) that
live here.
From
Pahawang Island, journey then proceed to Teluk Kiluan, which is located in
Tanggamus Regency. In this bay, every morning dolphins gather for food. The
charm of this dolphin herd becomes a special attraction for tourists. To see
the attraction, we must slightly out of the bay that can be reached by using a
rigid boat that is rented out locally specifically to see the attractions of dolphins.
These dolphins move very quickly to the left and right, even moving down the
ship, so you must be alert to be able to see and photograph this herd of
dolphins. This dolphin attraction reminds us of similar attractions in Lovina
Beach, Bali. If you do not have the opportunity and cost for a holiday to Bali,
you can choose this place as a cheaper alternative to see similar attractions.

After
the morning we are satisfied to enjoy the dolphins, in the afternoon when we
are in Kiluan Bay, we must not miss to visit the Gayau Lagoon. To enter the
styled Lagoon, we pay a ticket of five thousand rupiah to the local manager,
who will be used to repair the infrastructure to that place.

After
buying the tickets, we then walk up the hill to get to Gayau Lagoon. Travel on
foot is not in vain. Arriving at the lagoon we will be treated to a pleasant
view of the trees and the pounding of the sea waves that are located beside the
lagoon. Do not forget to swim in the lagoon which can be considered a natural
swimming pool. In the lagoon itself there is an inflammation of small fish
swimming. The next trip is to visit Kelapa Island. The island is still very
natural because it has not been touched by human hands. You can enjoy the white
sand and the beach seemed to have a private island because this place is rarely
visited by tourists. That’s why the kelapa island seem like a joyful hidden
paradise travel destination you must visit.
